Production of grill lid

The thesis is focused on the design of the production of kettle grill lid from steel 11 305 (1.0338) with a constant wall thickness of 1 mm and a series of 10 000 pcs/year. For the selected method of manufacture by conventional drawing, technological calculations were performed. Depending on the diameter of the blank, maximum force and other parameters, the tool and the machine were designed. The tool is a single-operation drawing tool with a blank holder and a rib around the perimeter. These functional parts, together with the drawing punch and drawing die, are made of surface-treated cementitious steel 14 220 (1.7131). The drawing tool is clamped into a CBA 250 hydraulic press with a nominal force of 2 500 kN, where the blank holder is controlled by an additional device at the bottom of the press.
Production single parts "Holder for rail mounting on curtains"

The project developed within the bachelor degree is proposing a technology of manufacturing a holder for rail hinges made of galvanized sheet steel 11 305, 1 mm thick. The production run is set at 20,000 units a year. According to literary studies concerning cutting and bending, as well as on the basis of calculations, cutting in an operating cutting tool and bending in bending tools were proposed. LEN 40 C – an eccentric press and CDC 2 – 7 hydraulic press are used for the production. The cutting punch, cutting die, bending punches, bending dies are made from tool steel 19 436.3.
The manufacturing of oil filter cover

The diploma thesis was elaborated in the frame of engineering studies branch M-STG. This project is submitting design of technology production of oil filter cover from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 305.21. The size of production lot is 300 000 pcs/year. In relation to the shape of drawn part and the size of production was chosen the deep drawing technology and designed manufacturing process. For production was on the basis of realized engineering calculations chosen hydraulic deep drawing press and constructed drawing die. The drawing die is on the basis of a transfer conception and includes two blank holders and two ejectors.
